Bob Dylan’s influence on folk music is immeasurable. From the early days of Greenwich Village to the countless folk clubs across the world, Dylan’s poetic lyrics and timeless melodies have shaped generations of musicians. His songs have long been staples of folk sessions, inspiring seasoned performers and new voices alike, including those at Cruden Bay Folk Club.

With the recent release of A Complete Unknown, the much-anticipated Dylan biopic starring Timothée Chalamet in January 2025, we thought that there was no better time to celebrate his legacy.
